1. Surfing Misc314
• We generally do not invite childrens under age 13. There may be some mild violent content that they should not view.
• You are not welcomed if you dislike Misc314 or try to find fault in it.
• You can view all contents on the site, except the admin login area and other private areas.
• Trying to hack (anything), especially the login area, is unacceptable.
2. Comments Area
• Enter your name, website address and comment correctly.
• You are allowed to use 'Unknown', 'Anonymous' or anything alike to hide your name if you want to.
• Fake names are not acceptable, unless it's your nickname.
• You cannot, or try to, immitate another person.
• You cannot shout any hate message or anything similar into the comment box.
3. Contact
• Please enter your real name, or nickname, and e-mail address, unless you don't have one.
• Check to make sure the information entered is correct.
• Spamming is not allowed.

Users breaking any of the terms stated above under any circumstances can be blocked to the revalent service or banned from Misc314 completely.
